BOY FRIEND JEANS

I really cant decide if i like boyfriend jeans.. i have seen some people who look amazing in them but most people dont know how to get it right.. ive done a bit of looking around and here are my tips for pulling off boyfriend jeans..

You need to wear heals with these jeans, either a healed boots, wedges or a sexy colored heal to elongate your legs. These jeans are super baggy and don't always flatter your figure. I would also recommend getting the straight legged jeans as they are the most flattering!

I think wearing a plain fitted top and coloured short fitted jack look awesome with boyfriend jeans, adding brown or tanned colored a belt can also look great! The colour of the jeans is also important, there are so many different colours to choose from these days but my fav colours would have to be the light denim and the white wash jeans.I find that it is so hard to pull of a dark denim! The look above is perfect and shows how stylish these jeans can be!

.

Jeans are so important in everyone's wardrobe, they can be worn on a night out or just around the house so finding a great pair of jeans is a must.. maybe the boyfriend jeans could be your thing! They are perfect coming into autumn/winter, so yes or no to the boyfriend jeans? I say yes but only if you know how to style them, the pictures above are some other ideas on how to style your jeans!

Over and out

 To this day..

This was such a powerful video that i watched by a Poet called Shane Koyczan, it highlights the anguish of anyone who grew up feeling different or just a little bit alone. To bring visual life to this performance Koyczan invited artists from around the world to contribute 20-second segments of animation to the project. It was posted on YouTube on Feb. 19, 2013, and by the close of the month the video had been viewed 6 million times.

(WATCH THIS^^^^^^^^^^^^^ )

"If you have time to watch only one video today, it should probably be this one. After being posted to YouTube, animated spoken-word poem 'To This Day,' by Canadian poet Shane Koyczan, has spread like wildfire online ... Slate called the video 'beautiful,' Yahoo! News dubbed it 'powerful' and Mashable promised that it will 'reshape your views on name calling, harassment and pain.'"

Above are some of the images from the video. I can get over how moving this is, he is such an amazing speaker and expresses this touchy topic in such an entertaining way.My favorite part of this video is towards the end when Koyczan says:

'If you cant see anything beautiful about yourself.. get a better mirror, look a little closer.. stare a little longer, cause there is something inside you that made you keep trying  despite everyone who told you to quit’

I recommend you all to watch it and let me know if it impacts on you in any way!
