SMOOOOOOOOTHIE TIME!

So these are my thick berry smoothies, i usually have them as an after uni as a snack or a quick breakfast if i'm on the go.. i have had a few people asking for the recipe so here it is! 




Firstly you need a smoothie blender then to add about a cup of frozen mixed berries in the first picture i used more blue and black berries and in the second picture i used more strawberries and raspberries hence the different colours! But the key to how thick it is are that the berries should be frozen! Then i add 2-3 spoons of yogurt, if its flavored yogurt i don't add honey but if its plain i do and then add the milk so its cover the berries till about half way! When you turn the blender on it may sound really bad but thats just the berries being chopped up by the blender, then add a tad more milk! 

I usually eat it with a spoon or give it 5 mins so it starts to melt! And bam you have a yummy healthy berry smoothie perfect for a hot day!
